Returns: Full price merchandise can be returned within 60 days.
Sale price merchandise can be returned within 30 days. All returns incur an $8 fee from Ralph Lauren. We do not charge a return fee. Custom items can not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Boxes: Ralph Lauren gift boxes are free and gorgeous...but heavy...so they will add about 30-40% to your international shipping costs. If you would like some, or all, of your items gift boxed please let us know in the "Special Requests/Comments" field on the Personal Shopper Order Form.

2. Go shopping.
To use our service at ralphlauren.comyou need to add your items to a WISHLIST. Check the instructions below for details.
Go to ralphlauren.com, click on MY ACCOUNT and login
to your account or create a new one. All you need to create an account is your email address and a password.
Add items to your WISHLISTby clicking the SAVE TO WISH LIST button on the Ralph Lauren product page (it is located under the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button). When you have finished shopping click MY ACCOUNT then SAVED WISH LIST.
Check the items in your WISH LIST are the correct size, color and quantity as we use this information to place your order.
3. Place your order.
Place your order on our Personal Shopper Order Form.
4. Payment & Shipping.
After we receive and check your items you pay for the order + our fees + international shipping. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We then ship your order anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service.
