Please note: The minimum order per retailer is $150.
After you complete the form we will email you an
invoice requesting payment on our secure server with
American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.
After we receive payment we will place your order
and email you confirmation.
This service is available to members only so please sign
up for membership if you are not already a member.
Our Personal Shopper fees are:
Credit Card or Paypal:
28% for orders
under $500 & 24% for orders over
$500.
Paypal eCheck:
24% for orders under $500
& 20% for orders over $500
(eCheck is also called an electronic funds transfer because
funds are withdrawn directly from your bank account.
