What are the usadesignerdirect.com Personal Shopper Fees?
Credit Card or Paypal: 28% for orders under $500 & 24% for orders over $500.
Paypal eCheck: 24% for orders under $500 & 20% for orders over $500
(calculated on the total value of merchandise less any discounts.)

*Global Priority Mail 7-10 days. Starts at $12. Includes insurance and tracking.
*Global Express Mail 3-5 days. Starts at $18. Includes insurance and tracking.

Can I return the items?
Each retailer has different return and exchange policies. Please click on the retailer links on the left of this screen for details. Mail returns or exchanges to:

Please note:
* We don't charge a fee for exchanges or returns.
* You are responsible for International shipping costs from you to us.
* Some retailers charge a return shipping fee from us to them. Click retailer links on left of screen for details.
* Exchanges take about 3 weeks to process. You are responsible for any domestic shipping cost from the retailer to us. You are responsible for International shipping costs for the exchanged item to ship back to you.
* We don't refund original shipping or our Personal Shopper Fee.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
*If you wish to cancel your order, emailsales@usadesignerdirect.comASAP.
*If we have not yet placed your order you will not incur any fees. If you have already paid us we will gladly refund your money.
*Once an order has been placed with a retailer it can not be cancelled but can be returned (their policy, not ours). If you cancel your order after we have placed it with the retailer you are responsible for shipping fees, return shipping fees, plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the items ordered. We will gladly refund the balance.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is US $150 per retailer.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
9.75% sales tax is added on top of you order total by the retailer. This tax is collected by the retailer and we can not waive it.

Do I have to pay Import Tax?
Import Tax and Duties vary by country. Any applicable customs, duties, fees or taxes are your responsibility. Because duties and taxes vary by country and item we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. If your shipment is rejected by you because of customs taxes and duties or gets returned to us due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased, you will be responsible for return fees including return shipping from your country to us and return shipping to the retailer.
Australia: As of October 12, 2005 you can purchase up to AUD $1,000 of clothing without incurring any Customs Duties.
Hong Kong: There is no duty for products shipped to Hong Kong.
