Returns: Merchandise in original condition can be returned within 180 days in. You are responsible for return shipping costs to us plus a Nordstrom return shipping fee of $6. We do not add any fees.

account.

2. Go shopping.
Each retailer web site is a little different check the instructions below on how to use our Personal Shopper Service at nordstrom.com.
Go to nordstrom.com and click on
YOUR ACCOUNT and login to your account or create a new one.
Add items to your shopping bag by clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button. When you have finished shopping click on SHOPPING BAG.
Check the items in your shopping bag are correct then return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form.
3. Place your order.

4. Payment & Shipping.
After we receive and check your items you pay for the order + our
fees + international shipping. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard
and Paypal. We then ship your order anywhere in the world via United States
Postal Service.
