Returns: Merchandise in original condition can be returned within 180 days. All returns incur an $5.95 shipping fee from Macy's. We do not charge a fee for returns.

Gift Boxes: Macy's gift boxes are $6 and all items ordered are placed in one box. Click to see the box. If you would like your items gift boxed please let us know in the "Special Requests/Comments" field on the Personal Shopper Order Form.

4 steps to using our service at macys.com

1. Create account. Click here to create your usadesignerdirect.com account  

2. Go shopping.

Each retailer web site is a little different check the instructions below on how to use our Personal Shopper Service at macys.com.   

Go to macys.com and click on
REGISTER and login to your account or create a new one. To create an account you will need an address so use ours: PO box 67082 Los Angeles 90067


Add items to your shopping bag by clicking ADD TO BAG. When you have finished shopping click on SHOPPING BAG.

Check the items in your shopping bag are correct then return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form.

3. Place your order.

Place your order on our Personal Shopper Order Form.

4. Payment & Shipping.

After we receive and check your items you pay for the order + our fees + international shipping. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We then ship your order anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service.
