Many American retailers including Ralph Lauren polo.com, gap.com, and nordstrom.com do not accept international credit cards and do not ship outside the USA. Our Personal Shopper Service solves this problem by offering international customers the opportunity to shop direct at select designer web sites.

What you need to know…

Step 1: First, become a usadesignerdirect.com Personal Shopper member. MEMBERSHIP FEE WAIVED FOR  MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2010

Step 2: Next, go shopping at any of the web sites listed on the left of this page. Create an account at the retailer web site and save the items you to purchase. Each retailer web site is a little different and you will find detailed instructions via the links to your left.

Step 3: Return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form. That let's us know which retailer(s) you want to purchase from. Please note: The minimum order per retailer is $150.

Step 4: We will email you an invoice requesting payment on our secure server with American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. After we receive payment we will place your order and email you confirmation.

Step 5: When your order arrives at our office we check it for accuracy and then email you another invoice for International Shipping costs. (We can't calculate this until after we weigh your order). At this time you can select from shipping options and prices. Then we ship to you anywhere in the world.
