Returns: Coach will refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise within 90 days of purchase. All returns incur return shipping fee based on Postal Service rates (average return postage is $6). We do not charge a return fee.
Gift Boxes: Coach offers complimentary gift boxes. They are light cardboard and won't add much to your international shipping costs. If you would like some, or all, of your items gift boxed please let us know in the "Special Requests/Comments" field on the Personal Shopper Order Form.

2. Go shopping.
The instructions below show how to use our Personal Shopper Service at coach.com.
Go to coach.com, click on MY ACCOUNT and login to your account or create a new one.
You will need to enter a State, Country and Zip Code so use ours: CA, USA 90067.
Add items to your shopping bag and when you have finished shopping click on SHOPPING BAG.
Check the items in your shopping bag are correct then return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form.
3. Place your order.
Place your order on our Personal Shopper Order Form.
4. Payment & Shipping.
After we receive and check your items you pay for the order + our fees + international shipping. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We then ship your order anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service.
