Returns: Merchandise in original condition can be returned within 30 days in. You are responsible for return shipping costs to us plus return shipping from us to Barneys of $8.00. We do not add any fees.

 

Size Chart:  women's and men's size charts. Links also available from every product on barneys.com Sizing varies by brands.

How to use our service at barneys.com

 

1. Create account. Click here to create your usadesignerdirect.com account 

2. Go shopping.

Each retailer web site is a little different check the instructions below on how to use our international shopping service at barneys.com.   

Go to barneys.com, click on
the LOGIN link at the top right of every page to login to your account or create a new one.

Add items to your  shopping bag by clicking the ADD TO BAG button. When you have finished shopping click on BARNEYS BAG located at the top right of every screen.

Check the items in your shopping bag are correct then return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form.

 

3. Place your order.

Place your order on our Personal Shopper Order Form.

 

4. Payment & Shipping.

After we receive and check your items you pay for the order + our fees + international shipping. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We then ship your order anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service.
