Many American retailers including Ralph Lauren polo.com, gap.com, and nordstrom.com do not accept international credit cards and do not ship outside the USA. Our Personal Shopper Service solves this problem by offering international customers the opportunity to shop direct at select designer web sites.Click here for detailed information.

How The Personal Shopper Service Works

Step 1: First, become a usadesignerdirect.com Personal Shopper member.

Step 2: Next, go shopping at any of the web sites listed on the left of this page. You will need to create an account at the retailer web site so you can save the items you want us to purchase on your behalf. Each retailer web site is a little different and you will find detailed instructions via the retailer links on the left side of this page.

Step 3: Return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form. That let's us know which retailer(s) you want to purchase from. Please note: The minimum order per retailer is $150.

Step 4: We will email you an invoice requesting payment on our secure server with American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. After we receive payment we will place your order and email you confirmation.

Step 5: When your order arrives at our office we check it for accuracy and then email you another invoice for International Shipping costs. (We can't calculate this until after we weigh your order). At this time you can select from shipping options and prices. Then we ship to you anywhere in the world.

Fees

PLEASE NOTE: as of September 10th 2009 our Personal Shopper fee for orders paid via credit card or Paypal are 28% for orders under $500 and 24% for orders over $500. For orders paid via Paypal eCheck the fee is 24% for orders under $500 and 20% for orders over $500.
